- 03 Survei, lalu bayar. They visit the property first; InTheHome advises never paying before viewing.
For owners
- 01 Daftar. Owners create an account and verify identity with KTP and a phone OTP.
- 02 Pasang iklan. They post the listing for rent or sale with photos and details, free.
- 03 Kelola. After moderation, they track, renew, and manage listings from the dashboard.
